I have to admit buying the strangest things online sometimes. Like this oil painting. It's 3 inches by 3 inches. Picked it up on eBay for about $6 plus shipping. It's called "Eye Of The Storm". With all this technology running rampant today there are still some things that can only be created by hand. I remember a big old ugly oil painting of a ship on a stormy sea in my basement as a kid. My Grandfather said you needed a painting of a stormy scene in your house for good luck. He also said that it needed to be in the lowest level of the house but I suspect he just didn't want the thing upstairs anywhere. Anyway I now have my own stormy painting. It looks down on me while I sit at this computer pondering all the strange things that go on.
